Tonight Tony’s was out of vegan cheese.  (They are so lucky that Marco called and not me.  You’re a pizza shop that ran out of cheese?  That’s bad fucking planning.  What’s next?  No dough?  No sauce?  The actual rage, of course, is that I’m sure they NEVER run out of dairy cheese.) So we went to Paulie Gee’s in Greenpoint. This is the Simply Red with Daiya.  Great sauce and crust.  However, fancy pizza on a night when I just wanted pizza shop pizza.
